1. The Nature of Custom Resin Art

Please read carefully before booking. Resin art is a completely handcrafted, chemical process. By commissioning a custom piece, you accept the following natural occurrences:

• Color Shifting: Flowers are living things. When dried in silica gel and cast in resin, colors will naturally shift. Reds may turn darker (maroon/purple), whites may turn off-white or cream, and delicate petals may become translucent. This is unavoidable and is not considered a defect.
• Micro-Bubbles: While we use professional vacuum chambers and pressure pots, tiny micro-bubbles may appear around complex organic materials like fresh flowers. This is the hallmark of handmade resin art.
• Shape Changes: Flowers shrink slightly during the moisture-removal process.

2. Payments & Bookings

Because of the limited number of pieces we can pour per month, an advance payment is required to lock in your date. The remaining balance must be cleared before the final piece is shipped to your address. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for custom commissioned art.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the highly personalized nature of flower preservation, all sales are final.

• Once your flowers enter the silica drying phase, the process cannot be reversed, and no refunds will be issued.
• If your flowers arrive at our studio completely rotten or heavily damaged due to shipping delays, we will notify you immediately. We cannot be held responsible for flowers that rot in transit.

4. Shipping & Transit

We carefully pack your finished resin blocks in heavy-duty foam and boxes. However, once the package is handed over to the courier partner (e.g., BlueDart, Delhivery), we are not liable for delays caused by the courier. If an item arrives damaged, you must record an unboxing video without cuts to claim insurance or a replacement/repair.

5. Intellectual Property

We reserve the right to photograph the final resin art pieces created for you and use these images or videos for marketing purposes on our website, Instagram, Facebook, and ad campaigns. If your item contains a deeply personal photograph embedded inside, please inform us beforehand if you wish to keep it private.
